An A-Style envelope is an announcement or invitation style envelope. These envelopes usually have a square flap and are rectangular in shape. Our A-Style envelopes are typically available in 24# or 60#, 28 or 70# equivalent weights representing the thickness of the paper the envelope is made of. To give one a point of reference, normal business envelopes are 24/60#
Other choices include Square style announcements, which like A-styles, also have square flaps, but whose sides are of equal length and width, and the Baronial announcement envelope, which are usually characterized by pointed flaps, and are rectangular in shape.
